Returns Policy
At Marketing Concept, we strive for quality prints, but if you're dissatisfied, please email us at info@marketingconcept.com.au with:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Item for return and reason
- Photo of fault/damage
Eligible returns (faulty, damaged, or misprinted items) must comply with our user agreement and be reported within 14 days of receipt. Items with noticeable wear or change-of-mind are not accepted. Errors in proofs, non-print-ready artwork, or courier delays are not eligible for refund/exchange.
Please note:
- Approved proofs are final; payment equals proof approval.
- Sizing/print measurements within 2cm are not considered faulty.
- Cancellations incur a $35 restocking fee.
- We aim for quick turnarounds but are not liable for courier delays, especially to rural or international areas.
- Follow proper care to avoid shrinkage (cold water, gentle cycle, inside-out drying in shade). If issues arise despite correct care, contact us.
