Returns Policy

At Marketing Concept, we strive for quality prints, but if you're dissatisfied, please email us at info@marketingconcept.com.au with:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Item for return and reason
  • Photo of fault/damage

 

Eligible returns (faulty, damaged, or misprinted items) must comply with our user agreement and be reported within 14 days of receipt. Items with noticeable wear or change-of-mind are not accepted. Errors in proofs, non-print-ready artwork, or courier delays are not eligible for refund/exchange.

Please note:

  • Approved proofs are final; payment equals proof approval.
  • Sizing/print measurements within 2cm are not considered faulty.
  • Cancellations incur a $35 restocking fee.
  • We aim for quick turnarounds but are not liable for courier delays, especially to rural or international areas.
  • Follow proper care to avoid shrinkage (cold water, gentle cycle, inside-out drying in shade). If issues arise despite correct care, contact us.

We are not responsible for customer errors (e.g., typos, low-quality artwork, sizing mistakes) or minor variations in print/garment colours and dimensions. Thoroughly review all details before approving.
